• Free Tier: Content generated on the free tier includes watermarks and is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content created by you.

Commercial License

• Paid subscription plans and qualifying credit packs include commercial usage rights for all generated content.
• Commercial rights are valid for the duration of your active subscription.
• You may use commercially licensed content in advertisements, social media, products, and client work.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for illegal purposes or to violate any applicable laws
• Generate content that depicts minors in harmful or inappropriate situations
• Create deepfakes or impersonate real individuals without their consent
• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our AI models
